Don’t wanna rough it? The cottages are for you.

The North Shore has 8 – 1 bedroom duplex units & *1 ADA 2-bedroom unit. These units sit on rolling hills with mature trees and lake views. These units are simple but fully furnished rooms including kitchens and cooking utensils. Each unit features a large deck and outside furniture. There are two pet-friendly rooms (comes with a dish-washer) on North Shore.

  • The cottages are located in the middle of the North shore park on the hill behind the park office

  • Short drive to marina, store or café

  • For those that don’t want to “rough it”

NORTH SHORE COTTAGES ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS.

The South Shore has 6 – 1 bedroom & *1 ADA 2-bedroom units that sit upon a grassy hillside with a western exposure overlooking the lake and campgrounds nestled under mature trees with spectacular sunset views.  These units are simple but fully furnished rooms including kitchens and cooking utensils. Each unit features a large deck and outside furniture. There are three pet-friendly rooms on South Shore.

  • The cottages are located on the North side of the park beyond the tennis and basketball courts

  • Short drive to marina or store

*Both shores also feature two bedroom ADA units. Must call to reserve (209) 763-5121 ext. 3.

Situated on North Shore, these cozy, “tiny home” feeling park models have the best view on the lake. Sleeping four people, these cottages are ideal for families, couples, and those who want a more luxurious Lake experience.

  • ADA Cottages are located on both the North Shore or South Shore

  • For those that don’t want to “rough it” (Note, there is no oven)

 What Does my Cottage Stay Come With?

Cottage’s come with a Kitchen, fully equipped with the following items:

  1. A Stove-top

  2. A Full-Sized fridge (In Select Units)

  3. An oven (Excluding the APA unit for wheelchair access)

  4. A Microwave

  5. Coffee Pots & Filters

  6. Pots & Pans (Setting For Six)

  7. General Dining-Ware

    (For park model units, they come with settings for four)

The Bed-Rooms are provided with the following:

  1. Fresh Linens & Blankets

  2. Towels (May be replaced upon request to housekeeping)

  3. Odd Numbers (Cottage Number) King Size Bed

  4. Even Numbers (Cottage Number) Queen Size Bed

  5. Roll-Away Cot

Cottages All Come With AC/Heat Units. North Shore Cottages are duplex-like in nature. South Shore is individual units.

 Tent Cabins

North Shore has four tent cabins available for rent. Like the cottages, tent cabins offer a rustic getaway, with the bliss of comfort. These tent cabins are just that, tents, but with a deck structure, elevated, and covered. These cabins come with a bed, and a patio, and some stunning views of the water!

Tents Come With:

  1. A Queen Size Bed (Waterproof)

  2. Two Cot’s

  3. Bistro Table (two chairs)

  4. Rocking chair

  5. Fresh Linens
